Stamping Saturday: Scream For Ice Cream

Hi!
This manicure reminds me of a pattern that Forever21 of Primark would use for pajamas or something like that...
I know that sound weird but for some reason I keep thinking that.
Anyway, I think that this is a cute manicure for the summer.

What I used:
Base Coat: China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat.
Colors: L'oreal Snow In Megeve, Paris Memories 258, W7 Sheer Blue, Ciaté Sweet Pea, Hema 810, Ciaté Baby Doll, Konad Black Pearl.
Other Products: Stamping Products, Cling Film, Essence Image Plate.
Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat and white polish.

2.Place globs of polish in random spots on the nail.

3.While the polish is still wet, you want to place the cling film over the complete nail and gently press down to blend colors. Remove the cling film as soon as your polishes have spread. Do this before your polish has dried.

4.Stamp the image multiple times onto the nail.

5.Apply your topcoat.

I hope you liked it.

Stamping Saturday: Rose Gold Floral French

Hi!
Rose gold and white is a combination that I think is really nice.
Here is a manicure that uses that combination.
I was going to do this on my own nails but I am wearing a red polish and it will probably stain my cuticles.
That won't look cute at all!

What I used:
Colors: Sephora Cha Cha, L'oreal Snow In Megeve, Kiko 628.
Other Products: Stamping Products, Essence Image Plate.
Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat and nude polish.

2.Make a white french tip.

3.Stamp the floral image over the french tip in a rose gold color.
If you have trouble with keeping the image on the french tip, you can always mask your nail bed off with tape and remove it after your stamped that image.

4.Apply your topcoat.

I hope you liked it.

Stamping Saturday: Basic Rainbow French Tip

Hi!
This is another tutorial showing your how to use the basic french manicure stamp in a fun way.
It is a french manicure that looks like a rainbow.
A few things you do want to keep in mind while you are working on this manicure is that you scrape in the same direction as your polishes.
If you need help with stamping in multiple colors, please click this link.
It is my tutorial that tells you how to stamp with multiple colors.
The second thing is that you watch out with the amount of polish you put on your image.
If you put too much of a certain color, you won't have enough room for other colors.

What I used:
Colors: Catrice Cotton Candy At Eiffel Tower, Konad Violet Pearl, Konad Sky Pearl, Konad Green, Konad Yellow, Konad Pastel Orange, Konad Red.
Other Products: Stamping Products, Konad M 19.
Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat and nude polish.

2.Apply the colors to the image in order of the rainbow.

3.Stamp the image onto the nail.

4. Apply your topcoat.

I hope you liked it.

Stamping Saturday: Summer Lace

Hi!
This is a manicure I found on Pintrest.
Sadly enough I forgot to save it so I don't know who original came up with this design.
I do like it a lot, I think that the curved french manicure and the straight edge of the lace stamp compliment each other and gives this manicure a unique look.

What I used:
Colors: Sephora Cha Cha Essie Naughty Nautical, Konad White.
Other Products: Stamping Products, Konad M57.
Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat and nude polish.

2.Make a curved french tip.

3.Stamp the image straight over the nail, from sidewall to sidewall.
I made sure the top of the stamp met top of the french tip, so the stamp would overlap a small part of the french manicure.

4.Apply your topcoat.

I hope you liked it.

Stamping Saturday: Postcard Silhouette

Hi!
The idea for this design came from a manicure I was wearing a few days ago.
It was a tropical ombre manicure and I though that a palm tree would look nice with it.
After I applied my topcoat I thought the nail looked a lot like a postcard you would send to your friend when you are on vacation.

What I used:
Colors: Ciaté Big Yellow Taxi, Models Own Beach Party, Kiko 283, Konad Black Pearl.
Other Products: Stamping Products, Konad M29, Sponge.
Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat.
If your colors are sheer, you would want to apply a white polish before you move on to the next step.

2.Apply the colors in the orders that you want your ombre to be.
So I applied the yellow to the upper third of the nail, orange under that and finished with my pink color on the part closest to the cuticle.

3.Paint the polishes on the sponge in the same order that you polished your nail and dab the sponge over the nail to blend the colors.

4.Stamp your image onto the nail.

5.Apply your topcoat.

I hope you liked it.
Please comment.

Stamping Saturday: Rasta Ruffian

Hi!
M19 has to be my least favorite image plate by Konad.
I never understood why someone would stamp on a french manicure when painting one with tape and polish is easier and quicker.
After a lot of think I found out that these stamps could be used to create a ruffian nail art.
Also known as a reversed half moon manicure.
I do recommend you to use the large french manicure image, not one of the smaller ones.
If your image is shorted than your nail bed you have to stamp again to make sure that the line meets the other side of the nail but the largest image will do that with one stamp so you will have a nice sharp line.

What I used:
Colors: Ciaté Big Yellow Taxi, Essie Mojito Madness, Herome Toxic Apple, Konad Black Pearl, Paris Memories 236, Seche Vite.
Other Products: Stamping Products, Konad M19.
Topcoat: Gosh Matt Effect Topcoat.

1.Apply your base coat.

2.Apply your base color.
I chose for a rasta theme so I painted 1/3 red, 1/3 yellow and the last 1/3 green.

3.If you chose to use multiple colors as your base you want to apply a layer of topcoat to smooth out the surface.
I used Seche Vite.

4.Stamp on the image.
You want to stamp it in a way that the curve that would be on the end of the nail is now point toward your cuticle, following the curve of your cuticle.

5.Paint the bottom part of the nail the same color as you stamping polish.
Don't use the stamping polish though! It won't dry, use a normal nail polish in the same shade.

6.Apply your topcoat.
I used a matt topcoat on the black part but you can always just use your normal topcoat all over the nail.

I hope you liked it.

Stamping Saturday: Pineapple Crazy

Hi!
I believe that I have seen this manicure before but I am not sure.
I can vaguely remember a light base with pineapples all over the nail.
But I can't remember where I have seen this picture.
If you do know where the picture is from, please leave the link in the comments so the credits for the idea for this manicure can go to the right person.

What I used:
Colors: Ciaté Big Yellow Taxi, Hema 810, Konad Green, Konad Yellow.
Other Products: Stamping products, Konad M30.
Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat.
I am working on a fake nail so I didn't use one.

2.Paint your nails a pastel yellow color.
My pastel yellow (810) is very sheer so I decided to use Big Yellow Taxi first to get a solid yellow background.

3.Stamp the pineapples on the nails.
Make the leaves green and the pineapple yellow.
Keep in mind that your base color need to lighter than the yellow that you a stamping with, otherwise your pineapples won't show up.

4.Apply your topcoat.

I hope you liked it.

Stamping Saturday: Safari Girl

Hi!
Once again, this manicure was one of my ideas during class and it doesn't really have a story.

What I used:
Colors: China Glaze Grape Pop, Konad Black Pearl, Konad White.
Other products: Stamping products, Konad M31, Konad M57.
Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat and purple polish.

2.Stamp the zebra print allover the nail.

3.Stamp the flowers in random spots on the nail.
If you made a mistake with the zebra print you can simply cover it up with a flower!

I like how you can also see the stripes through the flowers.
And I just love the color combination, but if you prefer other colors you should totally go for it!

I hope you liked it.

Stamping Saturday: Checkered

Hi!
My friend wanted to buy some polishes by Kiko and asked me to show my polishes.
She liked 242 and I took a better look at the polish and loved it as well.
I actually don't know why I never use this polish.
So I decided to use this polish with a simple checked print stamp.

What I used:
Base Coat: China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat.
Colors: Kiko 242, Konad Black Pearl.
Other Products: Stamping Products, Essence Image Plate.
Topcoat: Seche Vite.

I hope you liked it.

Stamping Saturday: Colored Leopard Spots

Hi!
Once again I didn't post in a few days.
I'm so sorry for that but my computer broke so I couldn't post.
I have a new computer now so I am back and I am going to do my best to post a few times every week.

For this manicure I have quite a stupid story
I saw this picture a few times and love the manicure but for some reason I can't make the outline for leopard spots, I can only make them with the spots.
So I thought I couldn't do this manicure until I realized that I could do it with the leopard stamp from Konad.

What I used:
Colors: Paris Memories 236, Konad Sky Pearl, Konad Violet Pearl, Konad Pastel Pink.
Other Products: Staming Products, Konad M57.
Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat.
I am working on a fake nail so I skipped this step but if you are working on natural nails you do want to use a base coat.

2.Apply your black polish.

3.Stamp the purple section at the top of the nail.

4.Stamp the pink section underneath the purple.

5.Use the blue to fill the last part at the bottom of the nail.

6.Apply your topcoat.
Wait a minute before you apply your topcoat, otherwise you might smear the colors.

I hope you liked it.
