Crackle It Up!: Sephora Tropical Blue & La Femme Turquoise

Hi!
I got this eye shadow duo from Sephora but never used it on my nails.
So I thought I would give it a shot.

I used the green shadow form the Sephora Tropical Blue eye shadow duo.
It is a paris green with a hint of blue. It has a satin finish.
On the nails it will turn a bit darker.
I used 2 layers.

Over that I applied a layer of La Femme Turquoise.
It is a creamy teal crackle.

I used Color Club Dead Ringer as a topcoat.

I hope you liked it.

Hi!
It is getting colder and darker and I am so happy about that!

All Dots In A Row

Hi!
I came across this picture on WeHeartIt.com and thought it would be a nice and simple manicure to wear.
I think that this manicure would also look nice with blue, green and white.
I'll maybe do that later.

Base Coat: Konad Base Coat.
Colors: Claire's Grape, Paris Memories 236, H&M Pink Summer, Gosh Bubble Gum.
Topcoat: Color Club Dead Ringer.

1.Apply your base coat and paint your nails a bubble gum pink.

2.Make a dot in the middle of the edge of your nail with a barbie pink color.

3.Make a bow of purple dots around the pink one and make a bow of black dots around the purple bow.

4. Continue making bows of dots.

5.Apply your topcoat.

Swatch: Hema 860 & Catrice Oh My Goldness!

Hi!
I got both polishes recently and thought they would like nice together.

Hema 860 is a metallic bronze.
It almost has something gold to it.
I really like this polish for that reason, it is a bronze color without the dirty or dark look.
I used 3 coats.

Over that I applied 2 coats of Oh My Goldness.
It is glittery metallic bronze color that is a shade darker than 860.
But this is so sheer that I used it as a topcoat to give my nails a glittery look.

I hope you liked it.

Bright Skittle Manicure

Hi!
Here is a little update for you before I will show you the swatches of this post.

I haven't posted a lot last week because I had stitches in my shoulder and I couldn't lean over my hand to polish my nails.
But the stitches are removed so I can polish my nails again!
But another tiny problem is that I have (due my school changing the scedule) on Wednesday class untill 4.45.
Which means I am at home at around 5 o'clock and I also have homework after that long day.
So I don't know how many posts there will be on the Wednesdays.

The last thing is that I can't upload pictures straight onto Blogspot.
I have to first upload them on Tumblr and than copy the URL in Blogspot.
The worst thing is that I have to copy one picture at a time and it takes so much longer!
So I might post less pictures in a post but if you want to see more pictures you just have to go to my Tumblr.

Back to the manicure.
These pictures were actually taken on day that I was going to the hospital.
The nurse said she liked the colors and thought I was wearing fake nails.
I always take that as a compliment.

On my pink you can see 3 coats of China Glaze Pink Voltage.
It is a bright cool toned neon pink color.
It has a semi matte finish so I prefer to apply a layer of topcoat over it.

On my ring finger I was wearing Models Own Beach Party.
Beach party is a bright kick-ass neon orange.
Warmer colors (yellow, red & orange) don't look good on me.
But this one looks so nice on me.
I highly recommend this color if you have a hard time finding a good orange.
It has a cream finish.
I used 2 coats.

My middle finger has 3 coats of Luis Lemon also by Models Own.
It is a basic neon yellow with a semi matte finish.

My index finger has 4 coats of Kiwi Cool-Ada.
I don't really like this polish.
It looks great in the bottle and I thought that with a white base is would be a bright green.
But with the white and 2 coats of green it still is really streaky so I had to apply 2 more coats.
After that it doesn't look as bright, it turns into a more muted bright green.
I rather buy In The Lime Light again.

My thumb has 2 coats of Ruby Kisses Teal Envy.
It is a bright teal color with a cream finish.
This polish never lets me down. It always shows up nice and bright and doesn't streak.

All polishes have 2 coats of Paris Memories 234 as a base color.
It is a basic creamy white color.

I used Color Club Dead Ringer as a topcoat and Konad Base Coat as a base coat.

I hope you liked it.
