Stamping Saturday: Barbie Lace

Hi!

This stamp just screamed barbie pink to me!

And for the rest, I just think that white and black are always a good way to go!

What I used:
Colors: Kiko 283, Paris Memories 234, Konad Black Pearl.

Other Products: Stamping Products, Essence Image Plate.

Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your topcoat.

2.Paint your nails white.

I first painted my nails pink and I found that the white wasn't a true white anymore.

3.Paint your nail pink, leaving the tips white.

4.Stamp the image on with a black polish.

Swatch: Sephora Any Way, Any Where & China Glaze Snow Globe

Hi!
It's been so long since I have done a swatch post!
I mainly didn't do a swatch post because I have been trying to do nail art with my right hand (I am left handed) and I simply didn't had a lot of time to write a swatch post because these post do take a lot of time.
But I finally found some time to show you this manicure.

After my base coat I applied two coats of Sephora Any Way, Any Where.

It is a neutral light gunmetal color.

I know it sounds strange but you have to let me explain.

It has the metallic silvery color that gunmetal has but on the other side it has this warmer tone to it that calms the polish and make it a lot more neutral.

It might come across as a harsh color but in real life it is a lot more toned down.

It has a matte finish.

Over that I decided to use one coat of Snow Globe by China Glaze.

Snow Globe is a clear topcoat with clear multicolored glitter.

The glitter has no color from itself but when the light hits the polish the glitter reflex different colors.

Mostly orange, blue and green.

I finished my manicure with a coat of Seche Vite.

One Stroke Autumn

Hi!

This manicure was from a long time ago, I came across this manicure and fell in love with it!

It is the perfect for the fall and is looks really great.

I got a ton of complements on this manicure.

What I used:

Base Coat: Models Own 3-in-1.

Color: OPI The "It" Color, Black Acrylic, White Acrylic, Brown Acrylic.

Topcoat: Seche Vite

1.Apply your base coat and mustard color to all of your nails.

2.Make the leaves.

I started with an outlining than I picked up some brown and some white and blended the colors on the brush.

After mixing the color I went over the outlining, making sure the brown stayed on the outer part of the leaves.

3.Make a branch like shape and add white dots to the ends.

I chose to do this on different nails but you can also do it on the same nail as the leaves.

4.Add white dots around the leaves to accentuate the shape of the leaves.

5.Apply your topcoat.

Stamping Saturday: Primary School Chalk Board

Hi!

I never knew how I was going to use the images on M17 and M18, just because I find the letters too big to spell out words.

But I just realized that I didn't need to spell out words with these letters.

Than it hit me, I could just stamp the letters and make is look like a chalkboard!

What I used:
Colors: H&M Moody Model, 

Other Products: Stamping Products, Konad M17, Konad M18.

Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat.

2.Paint your nails a chalk board green color.

Moody Model isn't a chalk board green color but it is the closest I had.

3.Stamp the images one in a random pattern in different colors.

4.Apply your topcoat.

Stamping Saturday: Little Lady Bug

Hi!

Here is a quick tutorial I put together.

I just saw the lady bug and thought the flowers would look cute with it.

I actually think that this is one of the cuter tutorials I have done! I really like it.

What I used:

Colors: Essie Natural Cotton, Essence Flower Power, Catrice Little Miss Sunshine, Herome Toxic Apple, Konad Black Pearl.

Other Products: Stamping Products, Konad M41, Konad M30.

Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your basecoat and nude polish.

2.Paint your tips a yellow color.
I used Flower Power first and than added the Catrice shade over it.

3.Stamp the flower image over the yellow tips.

4.Make a small red dot as big as the body of the lady bug.

5.Place the lady bug stamp over the red dot.

6.Apply your topcoat.

Stamping Saturday: Strawberry Field

It's Saturday, that means a new stamping manicure!

This is a cute design to remind you of the summer days!

What I used:
Colors: Kiko 802, Konad Red, Konad White, Konad Dark Orange.

Topcoat: Seche Vite.

2.Paint your nails a peachy coral color.

3.Stamp the strawberry image on multiple times in different colors.

4.Apply your topcoat.

In The Kitchen: Sweets 2

Hi!

Here are some more sweet recipes that I tried.

This is a honey lemon drink I had non-stop this summer.

I got this idea from this video.

The honey makes the drink sweet and the lemon give it a sour bite to it but not make it too sour.

It is a great drink to make for a party.

This is pure heaven!

These are Laura's red velvet cupcakes.

These are so good! The cupcakes are soft and moist and the frosting is creamy and delicious.

I decided to decorate the cupcakes with chocolate roses.

The roses are from my Wilton candy mold.

I failed to color the chocolate red, just in case you were wondering why one of the roses was a bit pinkish.

If you are going to try this recipe (which you should!)

You should definitly use the buttermilk.

Don't skip it because that is what makes these cupcakes so soft.

This is a popsicle I made this summer.

It put half of a watermelon and a slash of orange juice in the blender until it was a smooth and strained the mixture in a colander, catching the juice in a separate bowl

I also sliced a kiwi and put that into the popsicle mold along with some blueberries.

Finished the popsicles it by pouring the watermelon juice into the mold and putting the mold in the freezer.

Elegant Half Moon Manicure

Hi!

Once again I have a manicure without an inspiration or story behind it.
I just simply like a half moon manicure and the thin stripes looks really nice.
And as you might know, I also love my mint green polish.

What I used:

Base Coat: Models Own 3-in-1.

Colors: Sephora Cha Cha, Paris Memories 234, Paris Memories 236, Essie Mint Candy Apple.

Topcoar: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat.

2.Paint a coat of nude polish over your nails.

3.Make a half moon and paint the bottom part of the nail white.

4.Make the black stripes.

You can choose how thick you want the stripes to be, I just like them on the thinner side.

5.Outline the half moon with a mint green color.

You could really use any color but I just love mint.

6.Apply your topcoat.

Stamping Saturday: Roar!

Hi!

For this Stamping Saturday I didn't really had any idea, so I went through all my image plates and found this one.
I actually almost forgot I had this one...
I decided to start with a fading red base and add the stripes, after doing that I thought the white stamp would look cool.

I really like how the black stripes show up under the white.
I probably would go for a lighter base, just so the black stripes would be more visible.

What I used:
Colors: Herome Toxic Apple, Catrice Caught On The Red Carpet, H&M Red, Konad Black Pearl, Konad White.

Other Products: Stamping Products, Essence Image Plate.

Topcoat: Seche Vite.

1.Apply your base coat.

2.Apply the dark red to the top of the nails and the lighter shade to the bottom.

I used a base of H&M Red and added Caught On The Red Carpet for the bottom part and Toxic Apple at the top of the nail

Mix the colors in the middle to create a fading effect, I just layered thin coats of the colors in the middle section.

To blend the colors I recommend you to directly apply a layer of a fast drying topcoat.

3.Stamp the tiger stripes over the entire nail.

4.Stamp the paws in white on the nails.

5.Apply your topcoat.
